Big Turk Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 I love his knack for game changing plays. For the number of snaps he's had, it's very impressive. From his 2 picks of Rodgers last year to his three turnover showing against the Jets, the dude is a game changer. On one long run today he struggled a bit to make the tackle because he's such a hawk he went for the ball first and the runner kept moving his legs, probably gained 8 more yards than he should have. It worked on Chris Ivory though, probably the first and last time a safety has every ripped the ball out of his hands before. I'll have another Bacardi Rambo..... He reminds me a lot of Searcy actually... same knack for the big plays, same liability in coverage, same big hitting ability...
Shamrock Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 Well, he did once crash a Russian helicopter into a Russian tank and walked away... He once worked as a stone mason in a Thai monastery making a little pocket money by gambling, on himself in, illegal stick fighting.
KollegeStudnet Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 Been studying Rambo before he was drafted. Perfect fit, smart and underutilized in Washington
NOVABillsFan Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 Been studying Rambo before he was drafted. Perfect fit, smart and underutilized in Washington Isn't that Washington's MO? First we get an underutilized Hughes from Indy, then we get an underutilized Rambo from DC. Keep up the good work FO.
VirginiaMike Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 liability in coverage, has a knack for the ball, big hitter, OK run defender, good blitzer... Pretty much a prototypical Ryan safety I agree, he's a Ryan type player. He's made plays for the Bills. I think the more he plays the more he learns. He's also very good hiding (can't be found in the woods by an army of police) which helps him not being seen by the QB.
26CornerBlitz Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 He's been making plays for sure to lessen the impact of not having Aaron Williams in the lineup. But damn, the Bruce Smith spin move for a sack!?! Sweet!
Kelly the Dog Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 He's been making plays for sure to lessen the impact of not having Aaron Williams in the lineup. But damn, the Bruce Smith spin move for a sack!?! Sweet! That what tremendous. He's dropped a lot of picks this year, too. He's truly in position to make a lot of plays.
Over 29 years of fanhood Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 That what tremendous. He's dropped a lot of picks this year, too. He's truly in position to make a lot of plays. That's a clear knock. Definitely has been in the right place for some picks without delivering.
LeGOATski Posted December 7, 2015 Posted December 7, 2015 Rambo's display of range when making plays on the deep ball reminded me of Byrd. If he can start grabbing INTs on those plays, watch out.
26CornerBlitz Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 @ChrisBrownBills Rex - on Rambo - he's a guy that studies the game. It's carried over to the field. Most of his success based on preparation. #Bills @JoeBuscaglia #Bills HC Rex Ryan: I don't know if God touched Rambo with the athleticism that some safeties in the league have. But he has brains & heart
/dev/null Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Been studying Rambo before he was drafted. So was Colonel Trautman
26CornerBlitz Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 @salmaiorana Here's my feature on #Bills safety Bacarri Rambo who has played pretty well this year. http://on.rocne.ws/1Y64y2X via @DandC
