Charles Romes Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 I posted before the Jets game that it seemed odd the schedule makers would have the Bills and Sabees playing the same night. But that was a sabres away game. This is a home game! How is this going to work? There will be quite a bit of bottlenecking at First Niagara. Why not start the Sabres game an hour early.

CodeMonkey Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 Easy solution, stay home or go to a bar and watch both games at the same time.
SF Bills Fan Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 I think there are lots of fans that favor the Sabres over NFL, i think people will unload tickets to hockey cheap tonight to watch football. If you want to go to Sabres- tonight is your night. I'll be at sports bar watching both.
Formerly Allan in MD Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 Bills need to play stellar defense; Sabres need to score goals. Lets go Buffalo!
The Real Buffalo Joe Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 You do realize, even if hypothetically both games were at home, that RWS and FNC are 15 miles apart, right?
YoloinOhio Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 Just heard on wgr that the Bills/Sabres parlay tonight is +800 for both to win. Throw 50 bucks down? I mean I could light it on fire too.
26CornerBlitz Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 Sabres faceoff at 7 PM with Bills' MNF Kickoff at 8:30 PM Should be able to get just about two periods in before MNF starts.
John in Jax Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 When the Bills played the Jests on Thursday night, the Sabres also were playing....in Florida though.

26CornerBlitz Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 OR................ the Bills will be getting blown out about middle of the third period, go watch hockey BBFS!
YoloinOhio Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 716 going to kill it tonightwhich game will be on the mega screen?
CodeMonkey Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 which game will be on the mega screen? We have a similar situation at home, which game gets the "big" TV I suspect it will be the Bills at least as long as the game is not a blowout. The Sabres will probably lose tonight as well, though they have a better chance of pulling off the upset.

There are literally 100 things on TV tonight that will be more entertaining than the stupid Sabres game.

BringBackFergy Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 This is yet another example of why Peligula shouldn't have bought the Bills. The scheduling of events is disconcerting. The NFL had the right idea in precluding owners in the same city from owning more than one professional team. Not sure how Terry and Kim got around that requirement.

I mean, this is a BILLS BLOG. How could anyone choose another game (unless it was a playoff or championship game).
eball Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 Let me make this simple for you blokes. NFL teams play only 16 games -- the importance of each one is heightened, until such time as your team is no longer in realistic playoff contention. This is game #10 for your Buffalo Bills, against a hated rival, and they are smack dab in the middle of the playoff picture. NHL teams play 82 games, and your "now-fun-to-watch-but-still-have-a-ways-to-go" Buffalo Sabres are playing game #21. This ain't even close for anyone who considers him or herself a fan of both franchises. Sabres on the big screen.
