Canadian Bills Fan Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 I think I'd rather see Cavs- OKC than Cavs-Warriors again. But I'm rooting for Toronto now, which is probably the KOD for them. Sorry CBF. If we lose tonight and the next game..... CBF
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 After game 3 of the SA/OKC series I'd have bet a lot of money on the Spurs, but OKC showed me something. They will be tough. I hope so; I would love to see a great series. It's nice not being a fan of any NBA team-- I just watch for good bball.
BillsPride12 Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 Although I know its gonna be tough I would love to see OKC Durant and Westbrook win the NBA championship this year. Out of all the remaining teams in both the NHL and NBA the Thunder is the one team I would really get excited about bringing home the hardware. Golden State OKC is going to be such a fun and entertaining series to watch
YoloinOhio Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 If we lose tonight and the next game..... CBF *gulp* there's still game 7
ExiledInIllinois Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 The Warriors are so much fun to watch, I can't imagine rooting against them -- plus, I don't want to see their historic regular season record go to waste. I am with you, but there are a ton of Chicago fans that want to see that regular season record wasted! Just saying. I say screw the Bulls! I hope the Warriors can do it and shut the Bulls fans up. Chicago is a gr8 sports town, but insufferable when they win. Like Pittsburgh on steroids. Except the "niche" Sox of course. ;-) ;-) Now w/that said. Only thing I am praying for is a Sox-Cubs El Series... Sox could lose and all would be sorta cool... Cubbies can have their limelight like Sox did in '05. BUT & that's a BIG BUTT... If Cubs lost to Sox that would be cataclysmic of ancient epic proportions... Every single one of those goofy urinal sliding Northsiders (and Southside wannabee goofy Northsiders, yes there are some here below the I-55 Mason-Dixon Line) would be on suicide watch to the end of time... LMAO!!!! Lee, you brilliant bastage, they got hotter than sh*t, 35 years later, let's just hope the other shoe drops against The Sox... He he... Go Warriors and remember 1906! Thank you Blue Notes too for returning "humble" sanity to this effed upped town! Warriors, now you do your part!! /devil
eball Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 Congrats Toronto...I wish I could say I thought there was any chance of knocking off the LeBronies.
Canadian Bills Fan Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 Congrats Toronto...I wish I could say I thought there was any chance of knocking off the LeBronies. I agree. Im just hoping we can win at least 1 game CBF
CommonCents Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 Enough of the bad Bills news today time to get a few drinks down and watch a heck of a matchup. OKC was plus +400 in the series that seems to high for my liking, so I'm going GS in 6.
YoloinOhio Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 I agree. Im just hoping we can win at least 1 game CBF rooting for 7 game series. Anything to shorten the worst time of the year between the basketball season ending and beginning of football season.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 Great game last night. Surprised GS blew that big lead.
YoloinOhio Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 I didn't stay up for the whole game. After watching through the 3rd qtr, I can't believe GS lost.
Maury Ballstein Posted May 17, 2016 Author Posted May 17, 2016 I didn't stay up for the whole game. After watching through the 3rd qtr, I can't believe GS lost. Same. Although I went to bed at halftime saying this is over.

Although I went to bed at halftime saying this is over. You could sum up the second half as Westbrook having a good third quarter and GS being uncharacteristically sloppy, especially down the stretch. A bad omen for GS may be that both Westbrook and Durant didn't play well for most of the evening and OKC was still able to win that game.

Thompson and Draymond both took bone headed shots when Durant went cold and OKC left the door open.
CommonCents Posted May 18, 2016 Posted May 18, 2016 NBA lottery the shady dealing of major pro sports!
Maury Ballstein Posted May 18, 2016 Author Posted May 18, 2016 Wth are the raptors doing ? Worst defense I've ever seen. Dwain Casey needs to teach these boys some defense.
LB3 Posted May 18, 2016 Posted May 18, 2016 Cavs had them thinking about the three, then just set up shop in the paint.
Maury Ballstein Posted May 18, 2016 Author Posted May 18, 2016 That Kevin Love was cooking. Hope he doesn't deliver lebron a title like Pau did Kobe.
