Sorry this is late, been in Vegas the last few weeks. I'll have the Zebra report for the Jest game in another day or two.

1ST QTR

12:12 False start on Tarpley - GOOD CALL
10:59 OPI on Sammy. Much as I hate to say it, GOOD CALL. Sammy was blocking the guy before Clay caught the ball.
6:54 Holding on Stephon. GOOD CALL. CBS replay clearly showed the grab, which was totally unnecessary.
6:49 Offside on Corbin Bryant. GOOD CALL. He clearly jumped into the neutral zone before the snap.
6:23 Fish reverse to Landry, Gilmore has a bead on him, #84 misses the block and reaches across Gilmore’s waist. QUESTIONABLE NON-CALL for holding there. Wilcots calls it a good block. Sheesh.
4:54 Fish illegal touch on punt. GOOD CALL. Bills get ball on 20 yd line instead of down at the 5.
3:31 Bills LOS 24 yd line. Hogan goes in motion along 21-yd line, moves forward two yards to 23 yd line, without resetting. BAD NON-CALL. It’s not the CFL, Hogan can’t be moving forward at the snap. We got away with one there.
0:53 Fish block in back on Bills punt. No clue, since you can’t see anything on the tape and CBS didn’t have a replay.

No huge mistakes by the refs hurting anything yet.

2ND QTR

14:23 PF face mask on Preston Brown. Not sure, the replay is inconclusive. Preston’s hand is up around Ajayi’s neck, but I can’t really see if it’s on the mask. I’ll defer to the zebras.
10:53 Misi PF with the head slap on Tyrod. GOOD CALL. Tyrod took a trip to the beauty parlor.
10:02 Refs rule incomplete to Sammy. BAD CALL. Replay clearly shows elbow down, so Rex had to waste a challenge when the refs should have gotten it right on the field.
7:52 Hogan again moving forward at the snap after a short motion. BAD NON-CALL. That’s two we got away with.
7:00 Fish holding on Bills kickoff. Huge return called back. GOOD CALL. Clear hold at the point of attack.
2:26 KW touchdown. QUESTIONABLE CALL. Sorry to say that, but it looks to me like he did not have control of the ball when it broke the plane. We were lucky there.
0:42 Holding on Darby. GOOD CALL. The replay showed Darby with a handful of jersey.
0:02 PI on Gilmore. GOOD CALL. Stephon just bearhugged the guy in the end zone.

Zebras actually doing OK, but some bad non-calls and of course the challenge we had to waste on Sammy.

3RD QTR

10:54 Jerry Hughes PF for late hit out of bounds. GOOD CALL. Dumbass play by Jerry. Tannehill was already through the white on the sideline. They’re gonna call that every time.
4:04 Chris Hogan AGAIN moving toward the LOS at the snap. BAD NON-CALL. Somebody needs to tell Hogan to stop doing that.
3:33 False start illegal snap on Wood. GOOD CALL. Wood moved before the snap.
2:29 Suh has Tyrod in grasp and control, spins him around, doesn’t body slam him, and Tyrod throws it away. BAD NON-CALL. You can hear Suh arguing that he could have slammed down Tyrod, but didn’t. If he had, you can bet he would have gotten the PF.
They did call holding on Seantrel. GOOD CALL. He mugged the guy.
They blamed Dan Campbell for accepting the penalty, because Sammy scores on the next play, but if the refs had called Tyrod down like they should have, we’re punting there. Huge break for the Bills.
2:21 On the TD play to Sammy, Miller is clearly holding Suh. TERRIBLE NON-CALL. This time, the refs were pulling for the Bills. These plays were huge in this game, and the Fish would never recover.
2:13 Nigel hands to the face. GOOD CALL. Nigel using his cosmetology degree.
0:05 Holding on Fish, Jerry Hughes got mugged. GOOD CALL.

Refs really falling apart, especially on the two play sequence that gave the Bills the game. How bad do you have to be to be an NFL referee?

4TH QTR

14:51 Fish holding on their own punt. No clue, no replay by CBS.
10:32 False start on Clay. GOOD CALL. Charles is moving just a hair before the snap.
6:06 PI on Graham. GOOD CALL. Corey had his left arm around the waist before the ball got there.
5:40 False start on the Fish. GOOD CALL.

The Zebras had a 3RD QTR to forget, but settled down once the game was decided. This time the Fish got screwed and we got the better of it. What is clear to me is that our D-line was not getting held much at all, and that is cause for concern.
