DC Tom Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 # of D.C. accepted refugees last month...ZERO So...........According to WaPo, one snub and all Muslims will become barbaric terrorists. If that's not racism, nothing is. There's nowhere to put refugees in DC.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 There's nowhere to put refugees in DC. White house has spare rooms.
DC Tom Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 White house has spare rooms. Really? You couldn't go "Georgetown University has safe zones?"

Of course you know I'm joking around Tom (some of our simpler posters may not) The point of the map was to show where the refugee industry is utilizing (SEE POST #15) Then it's a weak point. In as much as there's a "refugee industry," you really think DC lobbyists and corporations aren't heavily involved? Don't follow the refugees, follow the money - the only reasons people will take either extremist view of "Let all the poor, unwashed, tortured souls in" or "Keep all the sand !@#$s away" is revenue or votes.

Typically if there is an issue that doesn't appear to be logical or make sense, look to see who gains the most (money, power, votes) as Tom said above as guidance to try and understand the underlying forces that affect an issue. Tom bauerle frequently makes this point as well.

B-Man Posted November 18, 2015 Author Posted November 18, 2015 Krauthammer’s Take: Let in Women, Children, and Refugees over 50 Charles Krauthammer says that while he doesn’t support Republican governors who proclaim Syrian refugees are unwelcome, ”they deserve some respect, a lot more than the president gave with his preening address he gave yesterday.” “Remember, he’s the one that decided against the begging, the advice, recommendations of all of his top advisers, to do nothing at the beginning of the Syrian civil war,” Krauthammer said on Tuesday’s Special Report. “He could have established easily, a safe zone. The way that we did for over a decade in Kurdistan, in Iraq. It wouldn’t have cost boots on the ground. ” “And he decided, because he didn’t want to sully his reputation as a man who ends war and doesn’t start them, he denied them,” Krauthammer continued. ”So now he’s attacking people who are worried about the danger to the very people Obama abandoned. And forced into refugee status.” Krauthammer floated his own proposal: Given the new circumstances, you allow the women and the children and the men over 50. As you did in the past. But you’re extra-careful, extra scrutiny for the men of fighting age, the ones who do this stuff. And for each of them, you require a positive vetting, not just the absence of a negative one.Read more at: http://www.nationalreview.com/corner

GG Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 Republicans. Republicans. And those damned kids in the van and the pesky dog
unbillievable Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 It's the perfect liberal plan. They flood the country with refugees which allows them to call Republicans racist. When the terrorists start shooting, they can pass laws to ban guns. it's a win-win.
IDBillzFan Posted November 18, 2015 Posted November 18, 2015 (edited) What happens, when/if refugees are let in who ultimately commit acts of violence and/or terrorism? Free college, free healthcare, free housing and free phone for each of them. The left will turn them into society-draining government-dependent progressive slugs in no time, and once they're playing Candy Crush and watching cat videos, they'll have no time to blow things up. America. Winning. Leftist style. Edited November 18, 2015 by LABillzFan
