Fan in Chicago Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 End of the road for him as DC. He is just not a good DC.
Johnny Hammersticks Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 https://twitter.com/rapsheet/status/666308221691404288 Ryan still a member of the coaching staff according to Payton.
Beerball Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 well they are twins.......just not the good kind.
ALLEN1QB Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Dude needs to get a haircut to be taken serious.
SF Bills Fan Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 I'd bet he is not done. He'll turn up coaching D line in the NFL next year or at DC for a mid tier D 1 college program.
PO16FFS Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Firing both on the same day would be great news to me!
nucci Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Dude needs to get a haircut to be taken serious. or be a better coach....
BuffalothruMyVeins Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 or be a better coach.... No, definitely get the haircut first... he looks like an absolute fool. He should jusy get the red clown nose, to finish off the look, and be done with it.
BuffaloBillsForever Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Ryan is a scapegoat for a front office failure. This is the consequences of what happens when you carelessly handle the salary cap.
Chandler#81 Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 https://twitter.com/rapsheet/status/666308221691404288 Ryan still a member of the coaching staff according to Payton. It was posted on FB but they've taken it down.
CodeMonkey Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Gone according to this. http://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/new-orleans-saints-fire-defensive-coordinator-rob-ryan/ar-BBn4zEn?ocid=ansmsnsports11
BarleyNY Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 (edited) I'd bet he is not done. He'll turn up coaching D line in the NFL next year or at DC for a mid tier D 1 college program. Some guys just get promoted above their ceiling. Rob Ryan seems to have been a good position coach, although the deserves an asterisk since that was under Belichick. He will get another job, but "quality NFL coordinator" seems to be beyond his skill set. I don't want him here. Edited November 16, 2015 by BarleyNY
BuffaloBillsForever Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 (edited) The problem with the Saints isn't their coaching. It is a talent deficiency that has caught up with them after years of being careless with the cap. Edited November 16, 2015 by BuffaloBillsForever
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Are they trying to break the penalty record too? could be. Saints Fans
Doc Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 People at work here have been talking about REX Ryan being fired... "Wait...what? Why is Rex Ryan fired? Because of the Redskins game? You mean ROB Ryan? Jesus...I'm a Bills fan, you idiots, don't do that to me..." Did you call them idiots?
Malazan Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 The problem with the Saints isn't their coaching. It is a talent deficiency that has caught up with them after years of being careless with the cap. regardless of the talent deficiency, rob doesn't have a good track record.
Buffalo Barbarian Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 In two days : "Bills Sign Ryan for Defensive assistant" they have had chances to work together so I doubt they want to know. too many gimmicks in their defense
John from Riverside Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Firing both on the same day would be great news to me! Yes because of course one of them actually has a winning record right now
Nanker Posted November 16, 2015 Posted November 16, 2015 Who will the networks show when this happens? Tebow?
