Fadingpain Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 Just listening to Mike Tomlin's post-game PC. He said Ben is at or on way to hospital, will get MRI tonight. If something can be determined from MRI, will be announced tomorrow. Broken foot? Gone for season?
YoloinOhio Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 @AdamSchefter: Ben Roethlisberger has a mid-foot sprain and is expected to be sidelined "a few weeks", per source.

Augie Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 A few weeks helps us, and we could use some help! Get well, Ben, and retire!

NickelCity Posted November 8, 2015 Posted November 8, 2015 (edited) We need them to lose some games. Don't want to root for someone to miss playing time but... Edited November 8, 2015 by NickelCity
YoloinOhio Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 @AdamSchefter: Sounds like Ben Roethlisberger misses next Sunday's game vs. Browns, takes bye week to rest, then likely to return Week 12 at Seattle.
Big Turk Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 I'm sure in Pittsburgh people are nicknaming Roethlisberger "Breakable Ben"
/dev/null Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 I'm sure in Pittsburgh people are nicknaming Roethlisberger "Breakable Ben" Umm yeah I don't think so. 2 Super Bowls and a HoF resume banks up quite a bit of street cred

billsfan714 Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 I'm sure in Pittsburgh people are nicknaming Roethlisberger "Breakable Ben" Yeah, I dont think so, guy has played more games banged up including the one where Ngata put his nose on the other side of his face.
K D Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 As per Schefter, Big Ben expected to miss Browns game and then has bye week to rest and should be ready for Seattle game. No big loss there. Even EJ could beat the Browns.

Steelers have struggled with the Browns even with Bell and Roethlisberger. 2014: Browns 27 Steelers 30 Browns 31 Steelers 10

If the Browns are healthy I think that game will be tough for the steelers to win without Ben. Especially if it is in Cleveland - not sure if it is. The Browns hate the steelers and would love to ruin their season.
