Bills could have issue at tackle Thursday

The good news is on Buffalo’s final injury report LeSean McCoy, Sammy Watkins and Mario Williams are all listed as probable. The bad news is the Bills could be shorthanded at offensive tackle.

Both RT Seantrel Henderson and OT Cyrus Kouandjio are both listed as questionable. Henderson has an illness and Kouandjio has a knee injury that kept him out of last week’s game.

Can Taylor keep pass attempts to a minimum?

In his last two starts Bills QB Tyrod Taylor attempted a TOTAL of 29 passes. Granted there were likely more pass plays called with the scrambles that Taylor had in those two games. It runs in stark contrast to how the rest of the league draws up their offensive game plans. The question is can the Bills sustain that type of approach and keep winning?

“Gotta do whatever it takes to win,” said Tyrod Taylor. “Look across the league, each game takes different things to win. As far as throwing the ball a couple more times or not throwing the ball enough, you have to be balanced in your approach. But each game is definitely gonna look different when you’re looking at stats.”

I wonder how much Rex being familiar with many of these players at the next level plays in. Sure, all coaches have tape to watch, but you would think after coaching them he may know things like if a DT has a slow first step one way or another or if a certain LB struggles with dropping in coverage on the weak side. Small weaknesses, perhaps even that he schemed to cover up when there, may become opportunities when coaching from the other side of the field.

Good listen.

Pennington's plan for the Jets on D is to stop Shady, stop Tyrod from running and make him throw from the pocket (please, do and see what happens) and on O is to try for "explosive plays" in the passing game (again, please let Fitz throw downfield all day).

Still, good to hear the other side's take.

Also, is he trolling us with that pic? Donte Whitner!?! Childish...
