8-8 Forever?
This is as good a shot as Meathead could ever ask for. Young team in a soft division with decent talent and a really nice QB prospect. Ultra-low expectations replacing a coach with a terrible record. who cares
DDD
I'll never forget the time Mularkey had Roscoe Parrish line up under center with a cast on his right wrist no less and throw a wounded duck to JP Losman in the flat. Priceless.

Gugny
Mularkey just chosen to replace Whisenhut as HC of the Titans. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2585347-ken-whisenhunt-fired-by-titans-latest-details-comments-and-reaction?utm_source=cnn.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=editorial We all remember Mularkey as the original quitter. I'll remember him as the guy who did more with this team than Rex.

T master
Yah if he does as good as he did in his last couple of stops as a HC he'll be a non factor !! I just hope he doesn't do to Mariotta what he did to Losman !! I think he ruined what could have been a decent NFL QB with the proper coaching !! I'll remember him as the guy who did more with this team than Rex. In 7 games ??

This is so weird how the wheels are set in motion. When the Bills hired Mularkey from the Steelers to be their HC, the Steelers gladly let him go and replaced him as their OC with their then TE coach Ken Wisenhunt. In fact, the Bills were denied permission to talk to Wisenhunt for their HC and OC opening. Wisenhunt went on to steer the Steelers to 2 super bowls while Mularkey after two seasons with Buffalo went on to take roles as position coach in Jacksonville, Miami etc. And now Mularkey replaces Wisenhunt..... Coach Tuesday
That second year the team became an unwatchable, undisciplined mess. He's had moments as an OC.......but he is basically a poor man's Sam Wyche and when things go bad he makes them worse. An undisciplined and unwatchable mess you say? Sounds familiar... Sisyphean Bills
It seems a bit ironic that she fired Whisenhunt for the offense regressing and then promoted an offensive coach to replace him. MM "benched" Tom Clements as his playcaller. TC is now calling the plays for the Packers and their offense has clearly regressed statistically. Indeed, the recycling process is quite interesting. Tisker A Tasker
In that second year the players really felt like they got the rug pulled out from under them. They felt like they had a good thing going when they almost made the playoffs. Instead of building off of that management cut Bledsoe and went with Losman. dpberr
The Titans used to be one of the NFL's top franchises not too long ago. The worst decision they ever made was letting Floyd Reese walk. All downhill from that point. Jeff Fisher sucked at drafting. Good coach but giving Fisher control over drafts was a big mistake.
