YoloinOhio
This is a great read on Manziel for those interested in his situation @cdotcombrowns: As football world watches, Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam must be prepared to part ways with Johnny https://t.co/pjlRb41V0H#browns

BillsFanM.D.
Is this as bad as or worse that Ryan Leaf? It's a skewed question at this point. We have the hindsight of Leaf's 'full body of work.' Let's just say it appears that JF is on the same slippery slope. I hope he gets his act together whether he makes it in the NFL or not. PromoTheRobot
@AlbertBreer: The Browns have drafted four QBs in the first round since coming back into the league in '99. Tim Couch was the most successful of them. @AlbertBreer: And if Manziel is done w/the Browns after this year, that means their last 3 1st-round QBs will have lasted a TOTAL of 7 yrs with the team. The problem with the Browns is they simply refuse to address their QB issue in the draft. After another low output performance with known weaknesses compketely on display, how anyone can think TT is the answer is beyond me, and simply dismiss other names uselss. Because Imo manziel had a ton more game and potential than Taylor. What you're saying is one poor game in a season of good performances proves Taylor is not worth keeping, but a player who is a complete dumpster fire who has literally done nothing, but you think might be good, is worth acquiring? TheFunPolice
Manziel is an immature, entitled, uncoachable little punk. And he's only mediocre at best on the field, and will probably get worse as time goes on and teams find ways to stop the 1 thing he does well. DriveFor1Outta5
None of it would be a story if he could actually play QB in the NFL. It's as simple as that. The fact that he lacks eveything needed to make it as a NFL QB means that he's on a short leash. If he were leading the team on a playoff run no one would care about any of the off field stuff, including the Browns franchise themselves. He's not of enough value as a player to make the antics worth it. Edited November 25, 2015 by DriveFor1Outta5

ALF
Drafting a QB is like buying a lottery ticket. Just have to keep trying and hire scouts who know what to look for. The spread offense makes it difficult to judge them in college. So far Winston and Mariota look for real. Maybe Manziel could work in Chip's system if both stay in the NFL. todd
Like tebow, manziel is a good college qb and a horrid nfl qb both with lots of hype. Unlike tebow, manziel is a real ass and not a quality person.
truth on hold
I've got to question your taste in entertainment Whats not entertaining is how woefully lacking we are at the QB position yet some here act as we somehow we're above the fray and can afford the luxury of not exploring alternatives.
