26CornerBlitz Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 (edited) This should be fun! @Rand_Getlin I'm told the #Browns are preparing QB Johnny Manziel to start, on the road, against the undefeated #Bengals, on a short week. Brutal task. @AroundTheNFL Browns preparing to start Johnny Manziel at Bengals http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000572344/article/browns-preparing-to-start-johnny-manziel-vs-bengals Edited January 3, 2016 by 26CornerBlitz
26CornerBlitz Posted November 3, 2015 Author Posted November 3, 2015 Hey! Lets trade our all-pro LT and let an inexperienced QB start on the road in a short week against an undefeated team. Nice one Browns!

QCity Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 I thought McCown was doing good why make the switch? He's got broken ribs
26CornerBlitz Posted November 3, 2015 Author Posted November 3, 2015 I thought McCown was doing good why make the switch? He's really banged up. With veteran passer Josh McCown battling a painful rib injury, NFL Media's Rand Getlin reported Tuesday that Cleveland is preparing to start Johnny Football for Thursday night's tilt with their AFC North rival, per a source briefed on the team's plans
YoloinOhio Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 I thought McCown was doing good why make the switch? they have been rolling his corpse out week after week but the team docs probably putting their foot down

GunnerBill Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 Tanking I see Yep.... packaged as "seeing what we have in Johnny".

LB3 Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 This is setting up to be a big choke game for Dalton and the Bengals. Some people will go crazy thinking Manziel turned the corner, then he'll suck again next week.
YoloinOhio Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 It makes sense for them to get the young guys out there, regardless. At least the first round picks like Manziel, Gilbert, Erving, Mingo who haven't gotten snaps at the position where they were drafted. They need to see what they have with the draft coming up. It might be a coaching issue though because even Danny Shelton hasn't looked good, and they gave 9 mill gtd to Dwayne Bowe and he hasn't even been active.
Fadingpain Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 Why? Because 26CornerBlitz is on a personal crusade to attack all new QBs in the league not named EJ Manuel, who is secretly an incredible talent. He just needs more time to develop.
Fadingpain Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 Manziel is a disaster zone. I guess that's better than a tire fire, dumpster fire, grease fire, or the proverbial train wreck. Isn't it?
