They did it to raise awareness of a subject that is important to them. I'm sure they'd thank you for helping them out, even if you're doing so with contempt.

The bigger issue is the blatant security breach.

I'm bothered by the people blaming the protesters for this.

 

All the blame lies with the stadium "security."

why protest at a football game? those attending (just guessing) dont really give a rat's a$$ about the cause du-jour.
