BADOLBILZ Posted November 3, 2015 Posted November 3, 2015 Wade was the epitome of a head coach who did not pay attention to detail. If Wade hadn't been handed playoff talent in Denver, Buffalo and Dallas he would have NEVER grown them into playoff teams over the course of several years. He's simply a nice place holder and change of pace guy for an organization that has a good structure in place but the discipline starts deteriorating the minute he takes over so the clock is ticking on the collapse. I would venture a guess that Dick LeBeau would have been just as good or better than Wade if he hadn't been handed a weak Bengals team when he got his one shot. Lot's of good defensive coordinators out there with enough common sense to use systems that put their players in positions to succeed. But that's just the beginning. Wade was left mouth agape in big regular season and playoff games because he could neither gameplan or inspire his teams enough to get past the better coached teams.
