But there's no way Rex brings in another DC. He has the arrogance to think he can make this work better than Schwartz or Pettine, both of whom got a lot more out of about the same personnel as Rex has. The Real Buffalo Joe Posted November 3, 2015 Share Posted November 3, 2015 The difference between a good OC/DC and HC is that to be a coordinator, you just need a good football mind, X's and O's, Wade and both Ryan brothers, best in the game. Punching Bag Posted November 3, 2015 Share Posted November 3, 2015 Would make a difference who he was choosing as OC, amount of control OC had and how many changes he felt were needed in coaching staff. I thought he was a terrible coach on time outs and other macro decisions and Wade does not know offense.
