Deranged Rhino Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 jets media were brutal on Rex last week when Bills lost to Jags by 3 missing 8 starters. Same people/Bowles apologists using excuse of Fitz injury for this game. Losing a starting QB is not easy - some coaches I guess get to use as an excuse and some don't. Â It bears repeating: The NFL is a week-to-week league. Last week's results (usually) have about as much bearing on current games as those played 100 years ago.

YoloinOhio Posted November 1, 2015 Author Posted November 1, 2015 Raiders are a weird mix of really old and really young players
Boatdrinks Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 Geno Smith has been at least the same level of hot garbage that EJ has to date. Probably worse in the turnover dept. doesn't bods well for Jets is Smith has to play for an extended time. Errrr bode well...

Boatdrinks Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 We can only hope that Fit injury is serious... Even though Fitz doesn't scare anyone either. No, Fitz doesn't scare anyone. But he has stabilized the position from turnover machine Smith. Guys can follow him. Doubt many Jets guys believe in Gdno.
YoloinOhio Posted November 1, 2015 Author Posted November 1, 2015 Don't forget the Raiders were up big on Chargers last week and almost let them back in at the end
Boatdrinks Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 Geno actually beat out Fitz in TC. Not sure what that means Did he? Thought they were still competing. Anyway, Bowles said pretty early on that he was sticking with Fitz for the season. Don't forget the Raiders were up big on Chargers last week and almost let them back in at the end Yep , they are still the Raiders after all. Long way to go
YoloinOhio Posted November 1, 2015 Author Posted November 1, 2015 Did he? Thought they were still competing. Anyway, Bowles said pretty early on that he was sticking with Fitz for the season.yeah ... He had the starting job locked up reportedly. Then he got clocked by IK, Fitz looked good first 2 games and Bowles declared him the starter even when Geno got healthy. So, must have been a pretty close competition.
NoSaint Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 Are the raiders this good or are the jets this bad? Or should you not broadly judge either team on part of a single game?
YoloinOhio Posted November 1, 2015 Author Posted November 1, 2015 Um - Jack Del Rio's hair Is that Sun-in?
Boatdrinks Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 Um - Jack Del Rio's hair Is that Sun-in? Looks like sun in, and some dippity - do! Lol
/dev/null Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 Um - Jack Del Rio's hair Is that Sun-in? His name is Del Rio and he dances on the sand
Boatdrinks Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 That's the most fire- and athleticism I've ever seen out of Cassel . Too bad no one wanted to trade for EJ. I didn't hate the trade at the time, esp based on MC's preseason. But he's better than Manuel.
John from Riverside Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 When you cant do it....teams dont prepare for it
