Simon Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 Here is a dilemma My surname is English. Really English, like super WASP English. I can trace my lineage back to England in the 1600s when they came over to New England with the Puritans. My fathers fathers mother was from England My fathers mothers father was from Ireland Am I allowed to celebrate St Pattys day anymore? Or does the oppression of some of my ancestors against my other ancestors prohibit me from imbibing the green beer? Holy shinola, you're a one man Troubles. You should be able to drink both beer and whiskey.
Azalin Posted November 4, 2015 Posted November 4, 2015 Damn I never thought I'd be able to use this twice in one day.
/dev/null Posted November 4, 2015 Author Posted November 4, 2015 Holy shinola, you're a one man Troubles. You should be able to drink both beer and whiskey. I was never worried about not being able to drink beer. My mothers mother's side is German. And it's not like they've ever oppressed anyone
