You are such a LAMP kind of guy. 240560 before yougo name calling, I admit that I was wrong because I just posted that i didnt think we would go that route. But, no WGR doesnt hold an ounce of credibility to KFFL or Jay Glazer at FoxSports.

AJ1 Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 KFFL just reported it 240558 Good. I hope they're right. No sense letting this percolate for another week. Too bad DB's self-evaluation is so flawed, apparently.

Fan in San Diego Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 I wonder if TD tried to work a deal with Dallas?

Too bad DB's self-evaluation is so flawed, apparently. 240571 I love Jim Kelly, but 2 years out of the league he claims he is still better than 80% of the QB's on Sportsline with McG. Where do these guys get this stuff? They seriously arent the best evaluators of what they are and are not and can and cannot do.

Rico Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 Did you just call me je jeune? Where did I hear that before? 240569 <sniff> I think a final appearance by the Dead Horse Beaters' Club is order.<sob - wiping a tear from my eye>
Fan in San Diego Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 It would have been good if Drew stayed on as the backup. He would be excellent in the role at this point. Sometimes a guy just has to understand his shortcomings and deal with it.

Sounds like DB made his choice.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 Now can we properly discuss who we get to backup Losman? Or will people still chase you down and beat you with sticks if you bring it up?

Sometimes a guy just has to understand his shortcomings and deal with it. 240579 absolutely, he could have been a real calming force to what looks to be a roller coaster ride of a season next year with a young QB full of piss and vinegar. He could have rode off into the sunset as a very well respected QB who road the bench but helped lead, call plays, and coached. Instead he chose to overrate his talent, make stupid comments about having a choke hold on his job, and fall out of favor.
