LewPort71
Best segment this 'season' was the battle in Mersia when the prince rescued the queen from the tower. I thought I was watching Game of Thrones in that sequence. I sure hope 'they' are building to a stellar series of episodes in the fall.

Buffalo Barbarian
Good episode tonight now that we are through the housewives of Scandinavia. I find the English storey line more interesting. Can't believe largatha killed kalf, though she said she would. Don't see how she gets to be earl on his death since she wasn't married to him. Can't believe largatha killed kalf, though she said she would. Don't see how she gets to be earl on his death since she wasn't married to him. This was another one of those episodes that was meh up until the end. Agree that the English arc is thus far the most compelling. As far as Lagertha staying Earl, at this point who would challenge her? Horik's son (whatever his name is) maybe, but he doesn't seem to have the balls to challenge Lagertha openly. And even if he did, what he lacks in balls he also seems to lack in brains And Lagertha's child, Kalfs? Ragnars? Or...Ecberts?
Pine Barrens Mafia
I'm by far more interested in the Rollo storyline. Need more about the first duke of Normandy.

Ragnars? Or...Ecberts? I'm by far more interested in the Rollo storyline. Need more about the first duke of Normandy. More information would be good here. Also rollo needs a hotter wife , she ain't much to look at. Also have no interest in the whole ragnar Chinese affair, complete waste of time for the show. K-9
Vikings was too much like an afternoon soap opera last night. Entire season has been like that. Went from one of the best shows to one of the most ridiculous in five episodes this season.

Buffalo Barbarian
Finally we get the stinkeye from Rollo to Ragnar. Let the blood flow, please. Paris didn't go so well for the Vikings this time. Like to know how Rollo is supposed make Normandy without any Vikings? Eh who needs to follow history anyway.

Damn crossbows. Rollo obviously read his Sun Tzu. Though you'd think Ragnar would have the edge in that regard

/dev/null
yeah that was weird, this show went from awesome to what the .... Also why are they pushing the Ragnar/ junkie theme? Yeah that last episode started with such promise: The failed invasion of Paris But then it just kind of devolved into junkie Ragnar, the wandering stud, and freaky Aslaug/Floki/Wanderer 3 way. But it also ended well with Ecbert. Best storyline this season
Buffalo Barbarian
Why did Queen Aslaug let Bjorn's daughter die? she seemed so whimsical about, which I found disgusting. Edited April 16, 2016 by Buffalo Barbarian
