Legitimately, the case should be thrown right out of court on the long-standing principle that laibility does not attach to "Acts of God"...long standing in that meteorologists can not be sued for the weather. Conversely, if the case goes through, it won't be long before we see people in FL filing suit against the NOAA, NHC, and NSSL for hurricanes.

 

And that, of course, is beside the fact that they're suing the Pacific tsunami warning center for not being in the Indian Ocean...

there has been an occasional nutjob with a story. funniest i read was that the earthquake was triggered by the cia to cause a tsunami and kill muslims in indonesia
