And a fun exercise: EJ and Tebow have both started just about the same number of games. Add up their yards from scrimmage and you'll get .... Almost exactly the same number (that's because Tebow could run a bit). Tebow also fumbled a lot (bad) but the offense recovers a lot of fumbles whereas by definition the defense gets all the interceptions. I think people are afraid to admit the obvious: they may both be replacement level QBs, just like Ponder or Yates or Tarvaris Jackson (or, heaven forbid, Tyrod). We're in QB Purgatory folks! Our own GM said so. So why disparage a little outside the box thinking?

Replacement level? Hell Josh Johnson is in the league, yet Tebow is in the studio. Out of the galaxy thinking is more like it.

Because NFL execs never make a mistake on player evaluation? EJ proves that they do. Then again, I guess we'd have gone 0-3 if Tebow had started for us the last couple weeks.

Four teams have come to the same conclusion on Tebow. Keep trying though.

I can't take seeing throws 2 to 3 yards behind a receiver one more time. Late in the game and shady is wide open and he literally throws the ball 3 yards behind him. I don't get it. I know people will flame me for bringing up Tebow but I know he would have found a way to win this game. He certainly would not have fell at 3 opportunities to get one $%@@^ yard.

as you name suggests I think you are offyourocker
