PlayoffsPlease
Doug Whaley has been with the Bills in a senior capacity since 2010. There is not a player or coach on the roster that he wasn't involved with selecting or resigning. There is all kind of discussion about "talent on paper" vs. coaching vs. bad luck etc. But when the orchestra is off-key for six years, it really is reasonable to take a look at the job the conductor is doing. In addition to the highly questionable Manuel and Watkins picks, Whaley has had a propensity to look for guys who "fall" for non-football reasons including injuries. Richardson, Kiko, Karlos are all guys every on the board runs around saying how we "got a virtual first rounder"). Then it turns out they fell for a reason. We need a GM who makes his own luck. PearlHowardman
The Buffalo Bills do not have a competent Head Coach. And the Buffalo Bills do not have a capable Quarterback. It's that simple.
