I know that generally this board did not like Spikes for his attitude and off field issues. But I think his positive effect on the field last year is often sadly overlooked when comparing the defenses of last year and this. Though that's probably also because they don't have as much talent coming off the edge and they can't blitz much right now with most of the secondary injured.
