ExiledInIllinois
"He's the new "kid friendly" mascot for the Niagara Falls Solid Waste Education & Enforcement Team. His goal? To inspire our nation's youths to get excited about recycling." That should read: "...To inspire our nation's youths to get excited about separating their garbage." Gotta brainwash them early. They are recycling anything, all anybody is doing is cleaning and separating their garbage so somebody else will hopefully recycle it. Oh, and of course make money on it. When we started "recycling" a few years ago in our village, our bill was cut in half by the waste hauler (Republic). Every year, the cost is creeping up. Cutting the cost of my bill is worth my time separating garbage... BUT as soon as it gets close to the old bill amount, all that garbage is going right into one big normal rubbish pile. But... Gotta start the child right!

They seem like a blast and I love making goat cheese. And we can legally own goats in Oakland. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVC54ZYMSBY

Gotta start the child right! I have to pay to recycle my trash 15$/month to rent out a blue bin 15$/month for the blue truck to haul it away. The city finished building its brand new facility 2yrs ago, and decided to just add the extra charge to the regular water/trash bill. It was actually nice of them to itemize. I like to know how i'm getting screwed. ....and no, you can't opt out. (I tried)
