Fadingpain
What talent do they have on that line anyway? TB has a pretty good front-7, as far as I know. Exactly! I mean Doug is only a saint. Getting that Jaguar O line to play well is more like angel work, possibly archangel work.
YoloinOhio
Marrone has deferred all questions about his OL to Scott Berchtold. Out of habit.
Nihilarian
Meanwhile, our offensive line has been killing it.... When St Doug was the Jets O line coach his players did very well, and RB Curtis Martin loved what the line was able to do for him. A man has got to know his limitations! Buffalo Barbarian
Just saw this tidbit in a recap of the Jags' loss to TB over the weekend: "The offensive line couldn't block, giving up six sacks and opening zero running lanes." Great work, Doug! considering he took Chan's great line and ruined it, not surprising.
CardinalScotts
Maybe we should hire coaches who don't allegedly assault children. your playing a rookie next to a second year player....going to have growing pains
GunnerBill
Our line is better this year than it was last and it is not even close. I would characterise this year's line play as inconsistent. Last year's was brutal.

TheFunPolice
I've seen a lot of really bad OL play around the league lately... I wonder if all the really athletic big guys are becoming DTs for the $$?

I wonder if all the really athletic big guys are becoming DTs for the $$? I think the league has an o-line problem. You look around and there are so many teams struggling - especially as soon as a starter or two goes down. There is no depth out there. A guy like Urbik who had a horrible year as a starter most of last year looks like an above average depth guy.
eball
Someone once said that the opposite of love is apathy. This feels a bit like a guy stalking an ex-girlfriend. Poor metaphor. It's relishing in the failure of a guy who stood in front of a microphone and told a fan base he knew what it meant to be a Bills fan, before throwing a hissy fit less than two years later and taking a payout rather than toughing it out and building something, because he overvalued his worth to the league.
