Just saw this tidbit in a recap of the Jags' loss to TB over the weekend:

 

"The offensive line couldn't block, giving up six sacks and opening zero running lanes."

I've seen a lot of really bad OL play around the league lately...

 

I wonder if all the really athletic big guys are becoming DTs for the $$?

 

I think the league has an o-line problem. You look around and there are so many teams struggling - especially as soon as a starter or two goes down. There is no depth out there. A guy like Urbik who had a horrible year as a starter most of last year looks like an above average depth guy.

Someone once said that the opposite of love is apathy. This feels a bit like a guy stalking an ex-girlfriend.

 

Poor metaphor. It's relishing in the failure of a guy who stood in front of a microphone and told a fan base he knew what it meant to be a Bills fan, before throwing a hissy fit less than two years later and taking a payout rather than toughing it out and building something, because he overvalued his worth to the league.
