truth on hold Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 But we don't have a QB that does those things. based on pre-season performances, we have one who does them better. Anyway the main point is just because someone is faster, does not mean they are better at avoiding sacks. Often they fall at the other extreme, like Russell Wilson who is tied for league lead in sacks.
Coffeesforclosers Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 One way or the other. I'd feel better if I didn't think this was right on.

Beerball Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 The EJ Apologists better all start getting their excuses ready now.yeah I'm pulling for a stellar game and a W too.
1B4IDie Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 http://wp.me/p14QSB-9SVV It's confirmed now EJ to start ... We all knew it .. That is not official or confirmed.
YoloinOhio Posted October 18, 2015 Author Posted October 18, 2015 @AlbertBreer: Per @RapSheet and me: The #Bills will start QB EJ Manuel today vs. the #Bengals. His first start since Sept. 28, 2014. @AdamSchefter: Bills QB E.J. Manuel will start today vs. Cincinnati, per sources. Tyrod Taylor expected to dress today, has good chance to play next week.
Solomon Grundy Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 The EJ Apologists better all start getting their excuses ready now. Same for you EJ HATERS!!
Coach Tuesday Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 The EJ Apologists better all start getting their excuses ready now. Oh cut it out. What is it that you're rooting for, exactly?
The Wiz Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Oh cut it out. What is it that you're rooting for, exactly? Likely a win where EJ looks bad.
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Well Harvin is likely to sit. I think that jives with what we've been hearing.
Maury Ballstein Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 The EJ Apologists better all start getting their excuses ready now. Wow. Enjoy rooting for the bengals.
ALF Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 So many injuries, it will be difficult for any QB to look good. I hope EJ does well.
26CornerBlitz Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Ian Rapoport reports that EJ has a chance to unseat Tyrod as the starting QB with a good performance today.
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Ian Rapoport reports that EJ has a chance to unseat Tyrod as the starting QB with a good performance today. I *highly* doubt that they make the decision over one game, especially with the numbers Taylor put up in Weeks 1-4.
atlbillsfan1975 Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 (edited) Ian Rapoport reports that EJ has a chance to unseat Tyrod as the starting QB with a good performance today. Wow! That isn't really reporting so much as speculation. UNLESS he has Rex saying it? If it is a 'source', I call b.s. And to be honest, is an example nog negligent journalism that is so pervasive today. 26CornerBlitz Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 I *highly* doubt that they make the decision over one game, especially with the numbers Taylor put up in Weeks 1-4. It's not just a numbers thing, the offense has been dormant for long in-game stretches against NE, NYG, and TEN.
Georgia Bill Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Ian Rapoport reports that EJ has a chance to unseat Tyrod as the starting QB with a good performance today. That's absurd.
26CornerBlitz Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 @RapSheet On #Bills QBs: Sources say EJ Manuel has a chance to go a long way to winning the job today. If he plays well enough, it reopens the battle.
