Peter Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 This should be interesting. I actually like both TT and EJ. I hope they both do well for the Bills. P.S. If TT was injured on that tackle as reported, that really sucks. Players should respect other players' careers. That horse tackle was a horse sh*t way to bring TT down.
26CornerBlitz Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Well, I'm excited to see what EJ can do with his arm. This may be his last chance. Expect some communication issues on Sunday, just like in preseason. It could get ugly against that Cincy front-7. I don't get why anyone posts this. It shouldn't be his last opportunity.
Rubes Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Tyrod is always going to be banged up and/or injured with his style. There's no way around it. Therefore, he isn't going to be a guy you can rely on week in, week out, season in, season out. Just my opinion. Love the guy's fire and energy, but he takes huge shots every game. That=injuries for a QB. Isn't that what everybody was saying about EJ previously?
Johnny Hammersticks Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 And then we re-signed him. To a MUCH lesser contract. Hello?! McFly?!
26CornerBlitz Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 So he's out? What's the issue? Reported to be a sprained MCL.
Wayne Cubed Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Sal Capaccio @SalSports Sorry. Should have typed "could miss," as @JasonLaCanfora reported for Taylor. Not "to miss." Nothing is certain as of now, Im told.
YoloinOhio Posted October 13, 2015 Author Posted October 13, 2015 true. Odd stat I like to acknowledge is that over 85% of replacement QB's win that first game out. fwiw AJ Hawk was just on the radio here talking about how they kind of caught a break with Russell Wilson and TT in back to back weeks because they are similar QBs. That was before the news broke.
dave mcbride Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Buffalo initially released Cassel, and his salary, on September 5th. Marcell signed his deal on September 10th. They re-did Cassel's contract (i.e., cut it down) presumably to make room for Dareus. It happened right around the same time - Sept 9/10.

Miyagi-Do Karate Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 his was prolonged due to the bone bruise he had as well. I think he may come back before that too. If he misses the next two plus the bye, I think that would be ideal. Return after the bye, 100% healthy.
Big C Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Was just going to post this. Haha. Dammit, Sal.
LeGOATski Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 If he can play, they better keep him out there. They can't afford dumb mistakes against Cincy.
Rubes Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 If he misses the next two plus the bye, I think that would be ideal. Return after the bye, 100% healthy. If that happens, Miami is going to get the **** beaten out of them with all of the healthy guys coming back.
The Big Cat Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 At least the collective head of Bills Nation didn't explode because of another classic LaConfora "report."
NoSaint Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 I thought they should keep him. I do not want to see Josh FN Johnson under Center if EJ gets hurt. to be fair, i didnt particularly want to see matt FN cassel either. at that point, it is what it is.
TheFunPolice Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 I have an idea: let's not send our starting QB out to get smashed in the !@#$ing knee trying to catch a pass when he's ALREADY banged up!
