billsfan_34 Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Last play of the game --Dareus has pressure up the middle and could of hammered into Mariota---instead he shows massive restraint and just bumps him. If he would of wrapped and drove him after the ball was out it is 15 yards and the game still goes on with the Titans on the 45 negating the interception as well.

Agree...the refs did there best the drive before when they gave a free pi call to the titans....sooooo sick of cheating idiot refs.
Lofton80 Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 He was coming more from edge, went through 2 blockers. Showed off massive talent on the play.
NickelCity Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Noticed the same thing. Was waiting for the flag anyway, haha
billsfan_34 Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 He was coming more from edge, went through 2 blockers. Showed off massive talent on the play. Ok edge then to the middle eventually Noticed the same thing. Was waiting for the flag anyway, haha Same here
CodeMonkey Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Really, not the massive collective Titan defensive brain fart that allowed the only offensive Bill player that had any success all day, TT, to run and convert a 3rd and 26?
LeGOATski Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Really, not the massive collective Titan defensive brain fart that allowed the only offensive Bill player that had any success all day, TT, to run and convert a 3rd and 26? Yeah, that was much more important. I thought that drive was done after the bad penalties. Turned out to be the drive that got us back in the game. Â On the last play, Dareus got there as Mariota was throwing the ball. It wasn't a late hit at all, so even if he tackled him, it would be a seriously questionable call. I doubt they even call it, but you never know.

Key word Possibly--I left it subjective just for this reason. There was a few other plays that were very important also.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I thought the unsung play of the day was Eric Wood's fumble recovery of the Boom fumble. That could have done us in.
Doc Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 On the Titans' last punt it also looked like the ST's were trying their hardest to not commit any penalties.
billsfan_34 Posted October 12, 2015 Author Posted October 12, 2015 I thought the unsung play of the day was Eric Wood's fumble recovery of the Boom fumble. That could have done us in. Yes that was a huge heads up play On the Titans' last punt it also looked like the ST's were trying their hardest to not commit any penalties. I think everyone was screaming at their sets "dont touch the punter"
Maury Ballstein Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Let me give Robert woods an honorable mention for that balls to the wall block.

Not gonna lie...I was sweating it waiting for a 4 second late flag when Gilmore intercepted that ball
Charles Romes Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 Just look at Houston and Detroit this year to see the suffering that can occur when you are weak at the DT position. You cannot compete. We have one of the best in the game locked up long term. A great DT can single handedly keep you in many games. Well worth the 100 Mill.
John from Riverside Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I thought the unsung play of the day was Eric Wood's fumble recovery of the Boom fumble. That could have done us in. I am wondering if that was why we didnt see Boom after that
LeGOATski Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 I thought the unsung play of the day was Eric Wood's fumble recovery of the Boom fumble. That could have done us in. That was an ugly run play. I guess they were fortunate that Wood missed his block.
Charles Romes Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 And yes I was as shocked just like anyone when there was no flag on the Dareus Gilmore play. I waited 30 seconds. When graham made the great play to seal the win earlier I breathed a sigh of relief when there was no flag after five seconds. Then the flag came anyway.
