Webster Guy
TT is looking like a streaky player. Maybe he got the disease from Flacco. He needs to work on his touch for the short passes, they were pretty awful. Hogans TD pass was low and behind him, nice effort making that grab for the win. Sweet long ball to Hogan, then the trick play with Hogan throwing the ball to Tyrod, then the TD pass. It was an ugly win, but it felt awesome at the end. Kelly the Dog
No, but there were several instances where he had time and threw horrible passes. It will be interesting to see what the all-22 shows. He did and I said he didn't have a good game. But the balls he missed were 5 yard passes. 4-5 of them. Big Gun
For the umpteenth time to fans like you TYROD TAYLOR IS NOT MANNING OR BRADY Different kinds of QBs and he may never reach that talent level Its not about being Brady or Manning, it's about getting rid of the ball quick because the QB already knows where the mismatch is pre snap. An NFL starting QB should know this stuff, it's nothing new.

To me that is a very positive sign.....because I think he will learn from this and improve. A team loss would have been devistating......but we didnt lose so........ iinii
so it's uneducated to say he played like garbage through three and a half quarters? yes
TakeYouToTasker
Sorry....its not cut and dry like your takes No, it's just inconsiderate and childish. But, if you enjoy being inconsiderate and childish, by all means: proceed. I especially enjoyed the part where you defended it. It was like I was talking to my 14 year old. Kelly the Dog
Manning and Brady were able to get the ball out in under 2 seconds, what does TT need 2 minutes? He's not asked to. And he has played 5 games not 15 years.

Thats interesting.....because by your lack of take I thought i WAS talking to a 14 year old The bad ones don't. The good ones? Like Russell Wilson? They do. Just so I understand....what should the expectation be for Tyrod in his 5th game We wont even talk about his ability to take care of the ball and not throw picks like inexperienced starters do (whoops I just did) So Manning and Brady and Now WIlson have been thrown into the convo What is your expectation of this QB in his 5th start? TakeYouToTasker
Tyrod Taylor's offense today: 3 plays, 6 yards, PUNT 3 plays, -3 yards, PUNT 3 plays, 2 yards, PUNT 5 plays, 12 yards, PUNT 8 plays, 35 yards, PUNT ---------------------------------- HALF TIME ---------------------------------- 5 plays, 5 yards, PUNT Then, with 3:10 remaining in the third quarter, Tyrod scrambles for 25 yards on 3rd and 4. Until then, he hadn't bothered to show up at all. If this was one game, I would write it off; BUT, this is the exact same thing that he did in both the Giants and Patriots**** games, and that's a pattern. This is unacceptable. had we been playing a decent team, we would have lost.
Meatplow
maybe or maybe not as Fitz would have probably put up 30 points on the Titans sorry defense This is hilarious...There's no such thing as a sorry Dick LeBeau defense.

TakeYouToTasker
Thats interesting.....because by your lack of take I thought i WAS talking to a 14 year old Ah... "takes"... That's what you think I'm doing. You're a Jim Rome guy. That explains so much. In Tyrod's 5th year in the league, I'd expect him to be able to read a defense pre-snap, get through progressions, change protection and play calls at the LOS (something Mariota was able to do today in his 4th start, in his 1st year in the league), hit open receivers in space, make hot reads, have composure in the pocket, and not run into sacks. And no, he doesn't "protect the ball" either. He has 4 INTs and 2 fumbles in 5 games.

TakeYouToTasker
What if we would have won the game...wouldnt that have been great? Yes, but I'd rather be good, which lends itself to consistency, than lucky. No one here is upset that we won. That was one of the most exciting games in recent memory; but we won't win many like that.
