Miyagi-Do Karate Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 The only reason he is on the roster is for ST. Huge play to set up TD with the turnover on the first KO and he's offsides? I think this should never happen if you have one job!! I just said the same thing in another thread. By the way, why don't these players just run 6-12 inches behind the kicker, and be safe about it. What is another yard or two? This penalty should never happen.
26CornerBlitz Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 @JoeBuscaglia REALLY close call. I think Marcus Easley was misidentified on the opening offsides. Looks like Duke Williams did it

John from Riverside Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 The real question is why are these refs calling stuff on us that NEVER gets called in games......and this isnt the only one that has happened this year.
cantankerous Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Rex said in his presser that it was Easley who was offsides. It was a good call. What a bonehead play.
TakeYouToTasker Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 The real question is why are these refs calling stuff on us that NEVER gets called in games......and this isnt the only one that has happened this year. How many other games do you watch? Show me the data.
NoSaint Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 The real question is why are these refs calling stuff on us that NEVER gets called in games......and this isnt the only one that has happened this year. someone brought up numbers that its not that rare of a call. so theres that. just not running THAT many kickoffs there are only so many opportunities to have it called.
dave mcbride Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 This makes more sense, since Duke Williams is a freaking walking yellow flag on ST. Duke Williams was also called for a blatant block in the back on a punt return later in the game. It wasn't accepted because Moore fumbled it.
Roc Bronson Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 But wait isn't he our best kick cover guy??
Lurker Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 This makes more sense, since Duke Williams is a freaking walking yellow flag on ST. LOL! Sadly, you're absolutely right as this this much more in character with Duke's contributions...
mountainwampus Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Blame the coach who grabbed a new guy to kickoff right before the game. Cundiff probably approached the ball slower than Easley was used to. Gay charges up and just boots it. Cundiff looked hesitant.
freeagentqb Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Easley's innocent, it was Duke Williams who was offside. The 2nd player to the left of cundiff who appears offsides and was circled by Tasker is in fact Duke Williams......
