Nitro Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 If they play like this against CIncinnati at home, it could get ugly.
stevestojan Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 I was so nervous when carpenter lined up for the extra point. Rex needs to not publicly call guys out. That has to mess with his head. Especially in a role that is 90% mental.

Especially in a role that is 90% mental. Rex has said a few times that Carp has "armadillo skin". I don't think a kicker who can be rattled by a coach talking isn't a very good kicker to start. Carp is a good kicker though, so no worries.
Big C Posted October 11, 2015 Author Posted October 11, 2015 Just like all those calling for EJ were getting way ahead of themselves so are the people claiming TT "saved the day." Without his horrible play in the first half no saving is needed. The Bills need more consistent play at QB. He needs to get better. That said Im glad he came up big in crunch time and Ill take ugly wins any day. That 25 yard run on 3rdh down might have saved the season. TT seems to be too heady early on. When he just lets loose the tides start turning real quick.
Fadingpain Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 TT seems to be too heady early on. When he just lets loose the tides start turning real quick. Yep! It's similar to EJ. He needs to act and react and not think too much.

Bottom line, it can't HELP carp for his coach to make statements like that.
sodbuster Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Yep! It's similar to EJ. He needs to act and react and not think too much.Yeah, its almost like they're both kinda young, inexperienced QBs.
stevestojan Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Chicago beat KC. KC has much bigger concerns after today.
Deranged Rhino Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Bottom line, it can't HELP carp for his coach to make statements like that. Depends on the player though, doesn't it? Some guys respond well to being called out. Others don't. It sure seems like Carpenter responds well to it.
Heels20X6 Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Cinci wins in ot But they have Fred Jackson...
TheFunPolice Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Go Browns! Pretty much knock Ravens out!
Fadingpain Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Cleveland with ball on Ravens 20 and just got a first down. Down to 15 yard line! Looking like Cleveland will win with easy FG at the moment Cleveland wins in OT with 32 yard FG!
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Fork in the ravens and yes TT is horrible

Pine Barrens Mafia Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 Come on man that was atrocious for 52 minutes. If we played an opponent with any offense we'd have lost by three td
