Pete Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 Saw this elsewhere on the web. I couldn't believe they didn't throw the challenge flag. For all Rex's talk, he hasn't impressed me at all yet
The Big Cat Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 I couldn't believe they didn't throw the challenge flag. For all Rex's talk, he hasn't impressed me at all yet Not challengable. Just like Tyrod didn't step out and threw it incomplete but they called him out anyway, nothing you can do.
Max997 Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 wow, i thought he stepped out when watching live but when they showed the replay i thought maybe he didnt
johnwalter Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 Not challengable. Just like Tyrod didn't step out and threw it incomplete but they called him out anyway, nothing you can do. why isn't it challengeable?
26CornerBlitz Posted October 9, 2015 Author Posted October 9, 2015 why isn't it challengeable? It's was a scoring play?
Pete Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 That was the pivotal point of that game too. Refs have been calling way too many penaltys, and blowing way to many outcomes(Detroit, Cleveland) It's was a scoring play? I thought all scoring plays were reviewable

They should have detected this.
johnwalter Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 It's was a scoring play? ah, meaning it was automatically reviewed. so why, then, was it not brought back after it was sent to ny?
What a Tuel Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 wow, i thought he stepped out when watching live but when they showed the replay i thought maybe he didnt I did the exact same thing but the people I was watching with said no he didn't. Replay came around and I said guess not but the angle wasn't the greatest on the replay.
YoloinOhio Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 ah, meaning it was automatically reviewed. so why, then, was it not brought back after it was sent to ny? because they are stupid
Pete Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 All scoring plays are REVIEWED. well they sure !@#$ED THAT ONE UP
johnwalter Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 because they are stupid oh, fantastic. i'm just sitting at my desk, fuming.
H2o Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 I couldn't believe they didn't throw the challenge flag. For all Rex's talk, he hasn't impressed me at all yet All scoring plays are reviewed automatically. You can't challenge the play. The bad thing is the ref is right there along the sideline and Jennings is wearing a black shoe that really stands out as well. Just another case of f*****y as usual.
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 Not buying it. I think the angle in that picture is misleading. His foot may be hovering over the line but not necessarily touching.
skibum Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 Would not have mattered. That game was a beat-down.
What a Tuel Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 (edited) I'm looking at the Game Pass footage, and I don't see that left foot touching the ground at any point there. Maybe this is just an angle thing? Looking at it in slow motion, he kind of sweeps his left foot up and out of bounds, but I don't think it ever touches the ground.
