Buffalo Barbarian Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 ... And it's terrifying http://www.sbnation.com/2015/9/29/9412097/oakland-raiders-khalil-mack-olb-browns-sacks Thought you guys would enjoy this article about our UB guy. He's going to be a superstar. Thought they figured it last year?
MyHorseAteTheKid Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 Mack is the Best since LT... Wish he was there when the Bills drafted, but he wasn't... No Mack vs Watkins debate... Next topic!!!
Agent 91 Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 Kirby. I always said Mack was gonna be a great Jack linebacker. He can cover adequately. BUT he is definitely suited to get in the backfield no one can track down a RB better and no one is more ferocious a pass rusher. He is defiitely suited for a 34 style D
ganesh Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 More importantly, they have figured out how to make Carr a Franchise QB.....Carr has come on truly like a franchise QB since the win against us last year.
Kirby Jackson Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 Kirby. I always said Mack was gonna be a great Jack linebacker. He can cover adequately. BUT he is definitely suited to get in the backfield no one can track down a RB better and no one is more ferocious a pass rusher. He is defiitely suited for a 34 style DAgreed, for sure. I guess the point that I was trying to make is that people made him out to be pass rush specialist. While he can absolutely rush the passer at a high level he can play the whole game. He is not the one dimensional player that many of the 3-4 LBs are.
Nihilarian Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 More importantly, they have figured out how to make Carr a Franchise QB.....Carr has come on truly like a franchise QB since the win against us last year. Yep, both Carr, and Mack looking good now. Mack was good last year, and now with Del Rio as his HC he will have someone who knows how to best utilize him. Ken Norton as DC helps too. WR Amari Cooper also looks like he could be an all pro very soon. This week the Raiders should be 3-1 after a trip to hapless Chicago. Thought they figured it last year? Yea, he looked like a superstar against the Bills last year because last years coaching staff was so lame they couldn't figure out a way to help chip the guy. Or simply didn't think he warranted the extra attention even after he was harassing Orton every play. The Raiders defense also did a number on the Bills run game with allowing only 13 rushes for 13 yards. Man, I'm so happy those offensive mental midgets in Maroon, and Hacker are no longer in Buffalo.

The Plunge Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 Mack is the Best since LT... Wish he was there when the Bills drafted, but he wasn't... No Mack vs Watkins debate... Next topic!!! He was picked after Watkins. Watkins went 4th. I think Mack went 5th.
jeffismagic Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 As much as I would love Mack, he would be essentially another Dlineman here. You don't drop great pass-rushers into coverage. I am glad that we have Watkins but we should look for another linebacker that can pass rush next year.
Agent 91 Posted October 1, 2015 Posted October 1, 2015 Agreed, for sure. I guess the point that I was trying to make is that people made him out to be pass rush specialist. While he can absolutely rush the passer at a high level he can play the whole game. He is not the one dimensional player that many of the 3-4 LBs are. Cant be said better
