john_bult Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 I am coming back to Buffalo for the Dallas game on the 27th of December. This time I would like to stay longer and upgrade my accommodations so which hotel in Downtown is better?
billsfan_34 Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 Marriot for sure if downtown is what your looking for. You can also consider east aurora as they have nice bed and breakfast places, a cool nightlife vibe and short distance to the stadium. Just an option.
PromoTheRobot Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 Hands down, embassy +100. Best hotel in town.
Kelly the Dog Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 +100. Best hotel in town. The Mansion.
SF Bills Fan Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 Lots of new hotels downtown these days. Embassy looks good. Maybe try new Marriott- it's owned by Pegula too

john_bult Posted September 29, 2015 Author Posted September 29, 2015 Thanks! The Harbor Marriott was too expensive (like $250 a night) which is expensive for 4-5 nights. The Embassy and Hyatt have exclusive sales on Expedia for like a few days.
GG Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 Stayed there for the home opener. Great place. Only downside is no parking other than valet. Plenty of spots on the street through
PromoTheRobot Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 The Mansion. Is there free booze at happy hour? Omelets at breakfast?
Hammered a Lot Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 716 Harbor Center Marriott. No pool!

This time I would like to stay longer and upgrade my accommodations so which hotel in Downtown is better? Embassy suites are really nice and close to Chippewa. They Hyatt is close to the Metro Rail, which is convenient. Can't go wrong with either one. In another post someone mentioned the Loft on Pearl and it sounded pretty sweet... http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g60974-d3784565-Reviews-Lofts_on_Pearl-Buffalo_New_York.html

Beerbelly Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 +100. Best hotel in town. Roycroft Inn in East Aurora for some local history.
drinkTHEkoolaid Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 Hampton inn or embassy suites are both pretty central located and couldnt go wrong with either. Another idea just as a thought there is a holiday inn I think a little farther up delaware past the mansion
