Odell Beckham Jr. says he can't wait to compete against one of the best defenses in the league. #Giants

"Whatever Victor has to do in order to recover we're all behind him." - Odell Beckham Jr.

@SalSports

Spoke to Bills WR Marcus Thigpen who said he's ready to play RB if called upon. Has the playbook down. Was a RB in college/start NFL career

Bills would most likely only use Thigpen in case of emergency. Have Karlos/Boobie. Could also activate RB Cierre Wood.

Rex is just screwing around making sure the Giants don't know what to prepare for. That's kind of his thing.

I'll bet one or both does play.

mccoy declined to speak with the media today. Wonder why. Still doubt he plays though.

Doubt it. It would be very much atypical for guys to play w/o practicing all week.

If one of the 2 is going to sit out, I think it would be McCoy. He needs some rest for sure.

Just a question of when Rex decides to give it to him.

I think they should try to do it around the London/BYE/2nd Miami portion of the schedule.

He could miss 3 straight weeks and yet not impact our chances of winning too substantially.

If Sammy can go, he'll go, practice or not.

I have more reservations about McCoy; he may well miss the game but could play too. Hard to say from the outside trying to look in with this sort of thing.

If we're just "resting" Shady to try and get him to 100% then why wouldn't we just make his the #3 emergency back Sunday instead of calling up a PS guy? Or why wouldn't we just wait another 3 weeks and rest him for the Jags game and the bye week and give him 2 weeks? Things just are not adding up... It's either more serious than we think, or the Bills don't believe in him and want Karlos to pound it...

What isn't adding up? I think it's clear that the hamstring is bad enough they believe shutting him down for a week or two is in both his and the team's best interests. It has nothing to do with "not believing in him."

Why not bring up the PS guy? What is the benefit in having Shady dress as an emergency back when you don't want him to play?

The Bills should be able to defeat both the Giants and the Titans w/o Shady and Sammy. Now is a good time to let both of the guys get right from a physical perspective with tougher games to come down the road.

No no no! There's a conspiracy! The Bills regret signing Shady and drafting Sammy!

how do you know they won't rest him through the bye? Also making him the #3 is a waste of an active spot on the gameday roster if they don't want him to play.
