There is a rule regarding PS regarding having too many players with games active and the Bills choose other players rather than him to be on practice squad. I remember it having to do with another tight end that was thought of to be wanted - so I think Dallas signed him to their 53, cutting Chandler. Then it was rumored Buffalo wanted Chandler all along.
