truth on hold Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 (edited) If I had to rank them, I'd go: 1. Improved Guard Play - helps run, pass, entire offense. last year was a disaster 2. Rex's Better Utilization of Talent on Defense - schwartz was OK but his commitment to 4-3 left us vulnerable to adjustments from opposing offense I'm not ready to say QB. This team had 9 wins last year, they weren't terrible. Some improvements in areas other than QB could translate to a 10 to 11 win season. Edited September 20, 2015 by JTSP
Augie Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 How about not having a high school caliber offensive game plan? (And I DO mean offensive!)

Schwartz utilized the talent wonderfully last year. If he had been only OK then there's no way we would have shut down Aaron Rodgers or gone into Detroit and won. Rex utilizes the talent well but it's a continuation, not an improvement, on Schwartz's D last year.
