LB3 Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 I remember Manning throwing 3 picks vs. Atlanta week 2 in his first year with Denver. He looked bad, but they went on to be 13-3. That being said, this looks different. It's not just that he was picked off, it's that he is throwing worse ducks than Cassel. I honestly wouldn't trade Tyrod for Peyton.
YoloinOhio Posted September 18, 2015 Author Posted September 18, 2015 Who can manning be traded to that needs a QB and could make a playoff run?he has a no trade clause now
Big C Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 It's not just that he was picked off, it's that he is throwing worse ducks than Cassel. I honestly wouldn't trade Tyrod for Peyton. I agree.
The Frankish Reich Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 I remember Manning throwing 3 picks vs. Atlanta week 2 in his first year with Denver. He looked bad, but they went on to be 13-3. That being said, this looks different. This looks different because the offensive line is terrible. Think the Bills last year with Richardson, Pears, and Henderson starting all at once. I think Manning has enough left, but with this line? If they don't fix it fast it'll finish off Peyton for good.
DriveFor1Outta5 Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 (edited) He's getting into a groove now that they're letting him sling it around from the shotgun. I think Manning really needs to get into that groove to play well. He always relied on getting the D on their toes, and then hitting the gas. Edited September 18, 2015 by DriveFor1Outta5
BringBackFergy Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 On that Pick 6 - that's exactly what we need to do with Brady. On 3rd and 5 or 6, rush 2 LB's, bring safetis up close, and jump on that quick pass. If Brady throws a Pick 6 he will crumple up into a little ball.
DriveFor1Outta5 Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Naked boot, what a stupid call with Manning at QB.
The Frankish Reich Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Peyton Manning team with no offensive touchdowns through almost 6 quarters of play? Things I thought I'd never see ...
Sojourner Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 This has to be Manning's last season. Not one of his throws so far this season have had any zip on them.
BringBackFergy Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Hold your horses folks...Peyton took a Geritol shot.
Beef Jerky Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Hold your horses folks...Peyton took a Geritol shot. He looked like skinny legs Manning up till that point.
BringBackFergy Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 He looked like skinny legs Manning up till that point. If anything Peyton has pride. He wants to kick ass no matter what the score is.
DC Tom Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Houston had no idea what was going on there. Oh, I'm sure most of the Texans have the game on at home.
