It was against one of the smarter QB's in the NFL too. Greg Roman may leave and become a head coach sooner rather than later but as long as Rex is here the Defense is going to be tough!
nucci Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 whenever a team loses, I read that they were out-coached....just another cliche in the NFL

It was against one of the smarter QB's in the NFL too. Greg Roman may leave and become a head coach sooner rather than later but as long as Rex is here the Defense is going to be tough! The Bills played a better period. They won the game - the Colts didn't lose it.
2020 Our Year For Sure Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 whenever a team loses, I read that they were out-coached....just another cliche in the NFLYeah it certainly gets said on here every time the Bills lose.
jeffismagic Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Sounds like a Colts fan upset that the Bills roster is better.
PromoTheRobot Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 Failed to adjust? More like failed to stop getting their azzes kicked.

Pegula will let rex hire top notch coordinators
The Wiz Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 whenever a team loses, I read that they were out-coached....just another cliche in the NFL Cliche, yes. I like to think of it more along the lines that our coaching staff was better at exploiting the weaknesses of the other team with the players we have and they couldn't adjust to it.
bobobonators Posted September 17, 2015 Posted September 17, 2015 whenever a team loses, I read that they were out-coached....just another cliche in the NFL Id say that for about 20-25 teams in the NFL the difference between a W/L may very well come down to coaching/team preparation. IMO
mannc Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 whenever a team loses, I read that they were out-coached....just another cliche in the NFLAnyone who thinks the Bills were not regularly out-coached over the past 15 years has not been paying attention. And, as we saw again last night, fans of Andy Reid-coached teams are sickeningly familiar with the feeling of being "out-coached."
Hapless Bills Fan Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 http://profootballspot.com/index.html/nfl/afc-south/indianapolis-colts/colts-coaches-got-out-coached-in-bills-loss-r12609/?utm_source=sports-kings.com&utm_medium=referral Kind of crazy being on the other side of this for once! It was against one of the smarter QB's in the NFL too. Greg Roman may leave and become a head coach sooner rather than later but as long as Rex is here the Defense is going to be tough! We'll see against NE. I hope so. I think sometimes Rex falls in love with his own creative imagination and "back to basics" would help, but maybe he's learned something. Here's an interesting Q re: Roman. He was OC on the SF49ers during a pretty remarkable run 2011-2014, without an unquestioned elite QB. And yet when has his name come up as a HC candidate?
nucci Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Anyone who thinks the Bills were not regularly out-coached over the past 15 years has not been paying attention. And, as we saw again last night, fans of Andy Reid-coached teams are sickeningly familiar with the feeling of being "out-coached." You could also say out-played as the lack of talent was as big a problem as poor coaching.
