Weber was a blue collar player who got the best out of his talent and never complained. He was a really good guy in the community and he deserves any success that comes his way.

I remember one time that he complained

He wasn't happy at all when the fans were in tank mode at home games in the past couple of years. It especially stuck in his craw when Coyotes' goals were cheered at FNC.

Definitely a blue collar player who gave his all with a limited skill set. Bet of luck with the Caps.

Your Morreale link is very informative. What I take out of the interview is that the Sabres are going to be in a good position to come away with a good prospect.

They will most definitely get one of the premier prospects given where they currently are in the standings, O'Reilly being out with injury, and additional players being moved by next Tuesday's trade deadline.

I just found an interesting stat. Minnesota, trying to make a playoff push, has not won a game in their home arena yet in 2016. They hosted an outdoor game and won this weekend, but they haven't won indoors at home yet. It's hard to imagine a decent hockey team putting together that long of a home losing streak.
