The 2nd goal was just on the opening for the national CBS Morning News. Freaking Rayzor on the national news!

As a side note, they also showed Vince Carter hitting a 3/4 court shot... Be honest, who knew Vince Carter was still in the NBA. I for one did not.

I saw him trending on twitter, and figured he must have died.

On second thought, maybe it is time to let him out.

A federal judge on Friday ordered the release from prison of John Rigas, the Adelphia Communications Corp founder convicted over a fraud that led to the cable TV company's collapse, because he is dying of cancer.

Generational talents McDavid, Eichel living up to hype - Rookies creating excitement as first head-to-head matchup draws near

by Mike G. Morreale - NHL.com

Rookie centers Connor McDavid and Jack Eichel will be compared for as long as they're in the NHL.

Each was considered a generational talent at the time they were selected with the first two picks of the 2015 NHL Draft and they have produced well despite the pressure of high expectations.

McDavid, selected No. 1 by the Edmonton Oilers, is the third-youngest (19 years, 41 days) in the NHL to play at least one game this season. Eichel, chosen No. 2 by the Buffalo Sabres, is the fifth-youngest (19 years, 118 days).

McDavid and Eichel are scheduled to play against each other for the first time this season March 1 at First Niagara Center in Buffalo. McDavid missed the Sabres-Oilers game Dec. 4 while recovering from a broken left clavicle. Eichel had one goal and four shots on goal in a 4-2 Oilers victory.

Not sure this move helps or hurts us long term.. It might give us more assets to trade for in the future. I prefer us to bring in a top 6 forward like Skinner. Edited by The Jokeman

It not for this coming draft but the one after, how many picks do we need? We need to find some nhl ready players.

The more currency you have as a GM, the more you can do to get those players.

@BuffNewsVogl

It was an absolute pleasure to cover Mike Weber, who has been traded to Washington. Wishing him the best. http://sabres.buffalonews.com/2016/02/22/sabres-weber-hitting-the-road-then-could-hit-the-road-again/
