Eichel is beginning to dominate large portions of games. Once he grows into his man body he will be a true force on the ice. Tanks a lot, GMTM.

He's been really unlucky as well. Once those chances he creates start finding the back of the net, look out.

By the way, the scuffle at the end of regulation and then the cameras filming the team walking to the locker room was awesome. This team really seems to be coming together; they were full of smiles and laughter.

Dare we hope they might crawl into the playoff picture? 4 out of 5 is a nice start.

To many teams in between I think, but like I said about a month ago, certainly not hoping they lose. But with Ocho playing as well as he is..what do you do with Lehner? He needs games, and a bunch of them. Be interesting to see if GMTM is really as hands off as he says he is if Lehner gets in and spits it.

I think it sends the wrong message if you play Lehner now "just to play him." You ride Ocho while he's hot, giving Lehner the usual spot starts. If Ocho cools off or they have another 2-8 skid or something like that, then you consider giving Lehner extra work.

8 pts out of a WC with 36 games to go. Too soon to throw in the towel.
