No doubt! But they also played their best game of the season with so many quality scoring chances that kept the crowd engaged.

was it good that game? Maybe its just me being jealous on the Canadian games(outside of the Leafs)...all those buildings seem to jump from the get go...no matter the opponent

Amazing the difference that Bogosian will make on the blue line. Get healthy, fast, dude

Yeah Man! I'm tired of seeing Weber on the team. The guy is a hard working player, but he's so so bad.

He was brutal in the 3rd yesterday, with bad giveaways and 2 penalties that hampered the Sabres' comeback effort.

No reason to get down. This team is so much better than the last two installments. They're usually outplaying the opponents, but their shots just don't have the seeing eyes to the back of the net quite yet. But you know it's just a matter of time.

0-3 against the defending Eastern Conference Champion Lightning and 5-5 against the rest of the schedule. They do have a brutal stretch coming up in the next ten games or so.

I remember going to playoff games the last time we were in, and thinking the building is pretty dead. It was vs. the Flyers, too. Five years before that, I had gone to game one of the playoffs vs. Flyers and the place was insane. Uhmberger game, OT, etc. (And, then I went to many games during the rest of the run, and it was crazy)..........But, five years later, it had lost something.

New look #Sabres lines:
Moulson-O'Reilly-Gionta
Ennis-Girgensons-Reinhart
Larsson-Eichel-McGinn
Deslauriers-Legwand-Foligno[/quote

Eichel scores another highlight goal and gets demoted a line? Can't say that I see the logic there.

They play TB next Tuesday or something and that's it for the regular season, very strange scheduling, but glad we don't see them again....
