plenzmd1 Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 Damn, want to go to game tonight, but tickets crazy expensive. Lot o people in town And the great 8 on the ice. Here is to hoping not much colder tonight as I try to found some more resonantly priced tickets outside. Not sure what I will do if Kane scores

26CornerBlitz Posted December 28, 2015 Author Posted December 28, 2015 @BuffaloSabres Sabres aware of challenge ahead vs. Caps. "Probably the best team in the League right now." http://bufsabres.co/YbpD33
Alaska Darin Posted December 28, 2015 Posted December 28, 2015 This sums it up pretty well. I was so pissed after the draft, but was fine with Eichel by the time the draft rolled around. The thing that scared me about McDavid was his love for the Maple Leafs, I still think he'll be playing there at some point in his career. I don't think the Sabres would have much to worry about with McDavid but Edmonton definitely does. He was not happy to be drafted by the Oilers and doesn't want to play there.
26CornerBlitz Posted December 28, 2015 Author Posted December 28, 2015 @BuffaloSabres Our lineup this evening. #WSHvsBUF
26CornerBlitz Posted December 29, 2015 Author Posted December 29, 2015 This Caps team is excellent in all phases of the game. @BuffaloSabres Final shots on goal 31-26 for Buffalo. Rematch will be Wednesday night in Washington. #WSHvsBUF
BADOLBILZ Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Wrong. Again. Stick to football. No as usual, it's just you being you. There is no question that not winning that lottery was a huge downer. Not getting the local ultra phenom cost the franchise a fortune. I talked to some people at One Buffalo weeks afterward and they were still devastated. Not because of the player....everyone likes Eichel.......because of the lost impact. As has been pointed out.......a lot of folks from Ontario venture down to watch the Sabres........but creating a new generation of Sabres fans in Ontario would have been enormous. The Leafs have been doing their best to not be southern Ontario's team for the past 50 years........McDavid would have been huge and part of what you saw last year was people ANTICIPATING his arrival. It seemed destined. Didn't happen.
QCity Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Holtby is a beast. I can't see us beating this team Wednesday with him in net. Good measuring stick though, as they are probably playing the best hockey in the league right now.

4merper4mer Posted December 29, 2015 Posted December 29, 2015 Simply false. I think I read somewhere that the Oilers owner tried to have McDavid's dad murdered. Or something like that. He sure didn't look happy at the lottery.
