PromoTheRobot Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2015/09/09/ranking-all-32-nfl-starting-qbs/ The main knock? Just 28 regular season snaps. Curiously it's 28 more snaps and four more years experience than #24 Jaimis Winston and #25 Marcus Mariota.

If you weren't a Bills fan, would you really think the #1 overall pick was worse than Tyrod?
K D Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 wasn't Matt Cassel 20 something? is it too late to make the switch? didn't Rex check PFF before making his decision? durrrr
MDH Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 If you weren't a Bills fan, would you really think the #1 overall pick was worse than Tyrod? In his rookie year? Yeah. I wouldn't predict that Tyrod will have a better career than Winston but given the talent on the Bills O and that Tyrod has had 4 years to adjust to the NFL and wasn't thrown to the wolves right away I'd give him the edge.
BillsFan-4-Ever Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 ZERO NFL starts. That is why he's #32. Its a reality.
PromoTheRobot Posted September 9, 2015 Author Posted September 9, 2015 ZERO NFL starts. That is why he's #32. Its a reality. Same as Mariota and Winston. They are 25 and 24. Why?
BuffaloHokie13 Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 I'm good with it, he's 32 until he proves otherwise. He will prove otherwise.

PFF doesn't rate things on the surrounding offense. It's a pure QB rating. I'm not saying I entirely disagree with you but it's close enough to go either way unless you have some bias. Kirby Jackson Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 This is 100% guess but I have a feeling that Taylor will be in the 20ish range when the season ends. I think that he will end up better than: Jax, Cleveland, Houston, Jets, Bengals, Bucs, 'Skins, Rams, Raiders, Bears, and 49ers.
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 (edited) The more I see of this site. The more I realize what a scam it is. Setting aside the Taylor thing. Luck is 9th behind you name it Peyton who is 5th LOL, Tannehill/ Bridgewater ahead of Eli/Flacco Edited September 9, 2015 by The Thurmanator
LeGOATski Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 If you weren't a Bills fan, would you really think the #1 overall pick was worse than Tyrod? Ex-freakin'-actly. But, I do think Taylor is better than Hoyer, Fitz/Geno, McCown/Manziel, Bortles.
YoloinOhio Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 What's the point of even rating QBs who have never played?
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 I like it. Nowhere to go but up. By the way, I think TT was like the 3000th ranked player in yahoo fantasy football.

prissythecat Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 I see that Cam Newton is a tier 3 QB .
machine gun kelly Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 My only beef is Ryan Fitzpatrick's ranking. Really, 13-33 with the Bills. Couldn't hit water from a boat after 13 yards. We'll see what that ranking looks like after we play the Jets. I get it's hard to rank TT given his lack of experience, but why not around 22 based on the Ravens, and the Pre-Season?
Blokestradamus Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 Even being optimistic about Tyrod and treating it as a level playing field, it's hard to imagine that I'd put Tyrod in anything but Tier 4.
TakeYouToTasker Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 Same as Mariota and Winston. They are 25 and 24. Why? Answer your own question. Why do you think they were ranked higher?
thebandit27 Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 Good...this is the same outfit that told us that Tannehill was better than Luck.
