Cockrell has already been cut, and I think Richardson is not far behind. To be fair...Richardson was a 5th Round pick who had been a unanimous Al American selection in 2013...He had weight issues his Sr year and that's why he dropped...I don't see anything wrong with taking a 5th round flyer on a kid like him...If he turns it around he has higher round ability...If not it's only a 5th... Manther Posted September 4, 2015 Share Posted September 4, 2015 I beleive they were 4th and 5th round picks respectively. If Cockrell doesn't get picked up for PS, then you're right there. I'm sure they will try to upgrade for Richardson on the waiver wire, but we'll then see if they try to pick him up for PS too.
