The Poojer Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 the topic is 'beloved Bill', there were no Buffalo Bills more beloved than OJ, Thurman may be a close second, but I think OJ by a mile is THE most beloved Bill ever. 1. OJ 2. Thurman 3. Talley 4. Bruce 5. Kelly/Biscuit OJ Simpson.. The greatest Buffalo Bills running back of all time.
DDD Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I'll add Pete Metzelaars. Solid TE and Buffalo advocate. Mitch Frerotte. Reserve O-lineman and character who fit in well with the team.
Nick the Greek Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 What about JP Losman? He embraced the Buffalo community and seemed to love the city. That is, of course, until he was run out of town for being a horrible QB.

Picking up garbage downtown was a nice gesture

BillsPride12 Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Gotta throw an honorable mention out there to Pat Williams, another guy who was really loved and involved in the local community Reuben Brown too

BillsCelticsAngelsBama Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Jack Kemp, Butch Byrd, Bruce Smith, Andre Reed, Joe Ferguson
HereComesTheReignAgain Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Some other notables: Chris Spielman Paul McGuire Jim Haslett Jeff Nixon Fred Smerlas Joe Ferguson Reggie McKenzie Kent Hull Bobby Chandler Haslett threw Hull and a few teammates under the bus claiming that they were steroid abusers. I can't stand Haslett. One of the least likeable Bills.
Jobu Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Billy gets my vote for most deserving of a bullet.
