All three have played about as well as possible in the preseason, but preseason success is not a good indicator of regular season success. The Bills still have:

1. A young QB that showed some potential as a rookie then was benched year 2

2. A young QB with great athleticism, below average height, a poor college career completion % and almost no NFL playing experience

3. A journeyman who had 2 very good seasons out of 10, but otherwise has thrown more career INTS than TDs

I am cautiously optimistic that what we are seeing is that Taylor has improved since college and is making good on a golden opportunity and that EJ Manuel is showing genuine improvement, but I wouldn't bet the mortgage money on that based on preseason results.

Rex knew the second the Bills signed Taylor ran in for a TD. He just isn't going to tell you.

Fixed it for you. ;)

seriously Doc?

I would agree if the signee was Aaron Rodgers, or Andrew Luck, or Russel Wison, or Phil Rivers, or even Kap. But a 4th season backup who never started an NFL game?

Please this isn't college

Ryan has had a hard-on for TT for years now.

Is that the new narrative round these parts? That Taylor only won it because Rex and Roman had him picked from the beginning? I am certain that is not the case. Both Taylor and Manuel were 10/10 yesterday. A+. Taylor decidedly better throughout camp. Unfortunately that counts too.
