YoloinOhio Posted August 31, 2015 Author Posted August 31, 2015 @TyDunne: Mario Williams hurt his calf in the Steelers game, Rex says, and will be held out for a few days.
YoloinOhio Posted September 1, 2015 Author Posted September 1, 2015 @mikerodak: Karlos Williams participating in stretching at practice this morning. No helmet. @TyDunne: LeSean McCoy is at practice with his helmet. Stretching now. Good sign for Buffalo.
Saxum Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 I really hate the way Goodwin got hurt. He had actually given himself up on the play and that huge lineman just dove into his midsection when a "tap out" is all that was required. I looked at the play in live action and felt as though an unnecessary roughness flag could have been thrown. Terrible luck for Marquise. I agree they will keep him one way or another. Yes I agree it was unnecessary roughness and stated so on Thursday. NFLPA should protect all player not just the rich ones.

ToGoGo Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Hey Karlos... Is that what it was? I assumed it was appendix, but was curious why they kept it a secret.

Clippers of Nfl Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 So Goodwin is probably not a roster lock at this point? Man... he really could have been a good player. Glassy Goodwin gets injured almost every game. As classy as he is, hes just too glassy to play the game of national football.
ricojes Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Glassy Goodwin gets injured almost every game. As classy as he is, hes just too glassy to play the game of national football. Yes, someone mentioned he was glass act in that thread. I don't think he'll ever make it through a full season...

QCity Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Mike Rodak @mikerodak 5h5 hours ago Leodis McKelvin is walking around with two shoes on today, like most of us. Notable given he was in a walking cast yesterday.

scribo Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Mike Rodak @mikerodak 5h5 hours ago Leodis McKelvin is walking around with two shoes on today, like most of us. Notable given he was in a walking cast yesterday. If I read correctly, AP's John Wawrow said Rodak's report was wrong and that McKelvin was actually still in the walking boot today. Adding later it was possible it came off at some point.
FLFan Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Glassy Goodwin gets injured almost every game. As classy as he is, hes just too glassy to play the game of national football. Sorry, but any WR taking that hit with his body on top of the ball would have suffered the same result.

vincec Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 Agreed. He always gets hurt when he tries to stretch the play. He gets hurt taking a knee. They guy is just not durable.
Clippers of Nfl Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 (edited) Sorry, but any WR taking that hit with his body on top of the ball would have suffered the same result.i didn't see it like that. It looked like a fat dude rolling on top of him. Lots of players get up from that. He should just stick w track and field. No hurdles to be safe. Edited September 2, 2015 by Clippers of Nfl
