ToGoGo
it's all just a conspiracy to confuse indianapolis as much as possible. I think that's what it is. "Conspiracy" makes it sound like it's unlikely, but Rex himself said that's what they were going to do. It's been Tyrod for weeks now.
Freddie's Dead
I hate to say it, but Vic can go back to Cleveland and work for the Browns again. He's been passed on the depth chart by Tyler Dunne...
Solomon Grundy
He's talking about key quote from Rex about the way the QB looked against their "D" in practices. Well Matt, wasn't EJ playing the most against the 1st team "D" in practices??

swnybillsfan
I'm not using just this game. In the preseason games, for me it's been EJ, Tyrod (by a hair), and Cassel. Coller is saying that Ryan is putting more on practice (we talkin' 'bout PRAC-tice) than on preseason games. I always put more on real game situations. Some guys just don't practice well. not to be a complete jack-hole, but these are not exactly real game situations.
Lurker
We need Cassel to bore opposing defenses to death. Obviously. Since TT and EJ score so quickly it will keep the D on the field longer, hurting the defensive stats...
Freddie's Dead
not to be a complete jack-hole, but these are not exactly real game situations. They're more real than scrimmaging or PRAC-tice.

GunnerBill
Hell, he may lose the team. I am all but certain he would.
Freddie's Dead
Coller is brilliant. "The Steelers weren't trying. The receivers were too wide open. No way Charles Clay is that wide open in a real game". Guess he never heard of a seam route against a zone.

GunnerBill
He's talking about key quote from Rex about the way the QB looked against their "D" in practices. Well Matt, wasn't EJ playing the most against the 1st team "D" in practices?? He is also getting it wrong. Rex said live scrimmage situations would mean more. Listen to the question. He meant that to cover games and the inter squad scrimmages.
Nihilarian
I'm not listening to the radio, media or the insiders. I'm thinking Rex / Roman will start the right guy
Big Turk
I find it strangely ironic that as the preseason plays out, the QB battle becomes more muddy rather than more clear. A case can really be made for any or all of them to start.
Freddie's Dead
Now "everyone wants Tyrod". No EJ at all. Thinks Ryan wants to be risk averse, so he gets back to Cassel. He doesn't see any risk with trying to cobble together 10-12 play drives for scores.

Theres no way Easiest way to suck the atmosphere out of the place. We have see Holcomb, Fitz, Orton forever. I don't want to see supposedly "safe" anymore. Let's go Rex. Fire this thing up.
